Keeping people safe, especially children, matters to us. This statement is being finalised with our legal advisors ahead of launch.

BabyMoments is a private storytelling service. Content you create is private by default and is only shared with the people you choose. We take the safety of everyone who appears in or receives a story seriously, and we are particularly careful where children are involved.

As we introduce sharing between people, we are putting in place the safeguards expected of a service of this kind under UK law, including the Online Safety Act. We are completing this work with qualified legal advisors before these features go live, and this page will be updated with the full detail once that work is finished.
